City Attorney's Office

The City Attorney's Office provides a variety of professional legal services to the City Council, staff, boards and commissions of the City of Centralia. These services include the prosecution of state and local laws in the Centralia Municipal Court; preparation and review of ordinances, resolutions, contracts, leases, easements, deeds and other legal documents; legal research and opinions on federal, state and local laws and court decisions, attendance at council, board or commission meetings and performance of such other duties as required by law or requested by the City Manager.
